Savory Caprese Crepes

If cooking crepes at lunch: Cook on skillet, once spread over the pan add the cheese to the crepe to allow a bit of melting, don't allow the crepe to over cook, about 40 seconds. Add the basil and roll the crepe. Slice the tomato. Layer on top of the crepe. Drizzle with Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinaigrette to taste.

  • Sliced Tomato 1 whole

  • Olive Oil 2 tbsp
  • Balsamic vinaigrette 2 tbsp
