We will provide you with a meal plan for 3 recipes a day, 7 days a week, plus leftovers Complete with a two-week rotating interactive meal planner that you can access any where, whether you're at home or on the go.
3. Shop on a Budget
Along with our meal plan, you'll receive a weekly shopping list of ONLY 20 core ingredients (fresh food & produce items). You will only buy what you need so no food goes to waste and it's easy on your pocketbook.
4. Cook, Eat & Enjoy
We provide you with the weekly meal plans, budget-friendly shopping lists and flavorful recipes — while you take 20 minutes in the kitchen to cook your favorite healthy meals.
